Job Descriptions
- Create a plan for testing new products and control operations according to the plan. - Check the preparation of production standards in every process. In order for the workpiece to meet quality requirements. *PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plan, Condition sheet, WI - Work to identify and resolve quality problems and reduce wasted time. - Follow up and evaluate the training of officers/employees in every production process that the department's personnel carry out. - Follow up on work performance to meet the set standards. - Control employees in the department to work according to standards related to IATF/ISO systems and company regulations. - Product risk assessment in collaboration with the design department. - Contact and coordinate with both internal and external customers. - Follow up and jointly resolve customer complaints together with the Quality Department. - Provide training to provide technical knowledge and solve problems in the production process both within the department and outside the department.
Qualifications
  1. Age 30 years and over.
  2. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
  3. 6 - 9 years concern Automotive business job. *Audit skill for IATF16949 / ISO9000 / ISO14000
  4. Clear and effective written and oral communication skill Clear and effective written and oral communication skill with English.
  5. Understand concern Automotive product document (PPAP, DWG.)
  6. Basic knowledge of Injection, Plating, Painting, Assembly process.
  7. Have knowledge of plastic mold / concept to making equipment.
  8. Strong leadership skills, good analyze problem solving and decision making.
  9. Complete projects as assigned meeting cost and timetable objective.
  10. Toeic score 750 up.
