- Drive sales targets and strategies for business growth - Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives - Conducting market research studies to identify potential new customers or new uses for existing products. - Monitoring the progress of ongoing projects to ensure that they are on schedule and within budget - Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the market - Formulate Sales Strategy - Develop and implement sales strategies - Work under Sales growth KPIs. - Lead, Manage sales pipeline and coach frontline business development and sales support officer. - Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and all related party - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value-added solutions - Align with operations managers to set sales targets and adjustments '- Expand business opportunities with entrepreneurial mindset - Excellent interpersonal skills as well as strong verbal communication and written report writing skills - Language: Thai, English Business level - High sales skills, presentation, and negotiation - Own strong quantitative and analytical skills; ability to Analyse complicated issues.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration an MBA is preferred.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial functions and in managerial level.
Must have a proven track record in B2B sales and business development of driving growth within their previous roles.
Able to demonstrate a deep understanding of sales and marketing strategies.
Excellent interpersonal skills as well as strong verbal communication and written report writing skills
Language: Thai, English Business level**
High sales skills, presentation, and negotiation
Superior interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to work with people at multiple levels both internal and external of the organisation.
