Job Descriptions

- Supervise production activities to achieve targets. - Manage personnel planning and costs, including overtime and shifts, according to production volume. - Provides subordinates on production knowledge and management. - Perform continuous improvement and modification of performance. - Coordinates with other section concerning production activities. - Other jobs as assigned by Manager.

Qualifications

Male, age between 30-35 years old
Bachelor degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, etc).
At least 5 year experience in the field of production supervisor or engineer.
Project management and supervision skills
Time management and organization skills
Good leadership, good communication and good ability to manage the operator team.
Native speaker of Thai and good communication in English.
Can work in night shift.
