Job Descriptions

-Campaign Management: Launch, manage, and optimize online advertising campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Google, TikTok Ads and Marketplace platform Ads (Shopee / Lazada), manage advertising budgets, ensuring efficient spending and ROAS. -Data Analysis and Strategy Development: Analyze campaign performance data and make data-driven decisions to improve ROAS, contribute ideas for new campaigns or strategies to drive more conversions or to enter new markets. -Collaboration: Work closely with other teams (Content & E-commerce) to ensure paid traffic and ROAS for each channel meets the target, provide regular updates on campaign performance for the team. -Technical Implementation: Ensure tracking pixels, ad codes, and other necessary integrations are set up properly. -Trend Analysis: Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing.

Qualifications

BSc in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or relevant field (new graduate are welcome)
2-5 years work experience as a Performance Marketer or similar role in the E-commerce industry.
Proven experience in managing online advertising campaigns with ROAS based optimization.
Familiarity with various advertising platforms and their nuances.
Strong attention to detail with analytical and problem-solving skills.
A keen interest in staying updated with the latest trends in digital marketing.
Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Ads certification, Facebook Blueprint certification).
