Job Descriptions-Campaign Management: Launch, manage, and optimize online advertising campaigns across platforms like
Facebook, Google, TikTok Ads and Marketplace platform Ads (Shopee / Lazada), manage advertising
budgets, ensuring efficient spending and ROAS.
-Data Analysis and Strategy Development: Analyze campaign performance data and make data-driven
decisions to improve ROAS, contribute ideas for new campaigns or strategies to drive more conversions or
to enter new markets.
-Collaboration: Work closely with other teams (Content & E-commerce) to ensure paid traffic and ROAS for
each channel meets the target, provide regular updates on campaign performance for the team.
-Technical Implementation: Ensure tracking pixels, ad codes, and other necessary integrations are set up
properly.
-Trend Analysis: Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing.
