Job Descriptions
1.ให้บริการด้านข้อมูลกับลูกค้าอย่างถูกต้อง
2.ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานอื่นภายในบริษัทฯ ตอบข้อซักถาม แก้ไขปัญหา และข้อร้องเรียนต่างๆของลูกค้าผ่าน E-mail และโทรศัพท์
3.จัดทำรายงานประจำวันให้แก่ลูกค้า
4.ปฏิบัติงานอื่นๆ ตามที่ผู้บังคับบัญชามอบหมาย
Qualifications
- เพศหญิง อายุ 25 ขึ้นไป
- จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป
- มีประสบการณ์ทำงานอย่างน้อย 2 ปีขึ้นไป
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Word , Excel และ PowerPoint ได้เป็นอย่างดี
- สามารถใช้ E-mail ได้เป็นอย่างดี
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษ พูด/อ่าน/เขียน ได้
- มีความรับผิดชอบสูง,ละเอียดรอบคอบในการทำงาน,มีทักษะการแก้ปัญหาที่ดี
- มีประสบการณ์ทางด้านลานตู้คอนเทนเนอร์ จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- สามารถเริ่มงานได้ทันทีจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
