Job Descriptions
We are looking for an experienced Data Model who has a passion for jewelry, a positive mindset, with a can-do attitude and well herself organized. The goal is delivering samples on time to customers and keep the company running in an efficient and profitable manner, to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention and to meet their expectations.
Responsibilities
- Register a new sample that receive from customer.
- Generate new style code to issue the Job CAD with details.
- Works with CAD designer to provide information and material needs.
- Working on silver samples, model samples and communicate with Director, CAD designer, Model staff, Rubber cutting staff.
- Prepare report summary of model and progress reports to director.
- Manage product specifications in the system accurately.
- Update status of customer sample model on hand, new sample model received and sample model return to customer every month.
Qualifications
- At least 10 years’ experience in jewelry industry.
- Have knowledge and expertise of gems and jewelry.
- Female, age between 30 – 45 years old.
- Proficient with Microsoft office skill.
- Very fluent oral and written communications skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills.
- Responsible personality, accountability and willingness to learn.
