Job DescriptionsJob purpose:
We're looking for a visionary Creative Group Head to lead our OOH team and elevate the way we tell brand stories in the real world. You'll be the spark that ignites innovative campaigns, pushing the boundaries of what's possible in OOH media.
Main responsibilities:
• Conceptualize and initiate breakthrough campaign ideas: You'll be the engine driving creative for OOH campaigns. From initial brainstorming to final execution, you'll lead the working team in developing concepts that capture attention and leave a lasting impression.
• Content Execution Strategy, Especially Video: You'll have a keen understanding of how video content can be leveraged within OOH media to create dynamic and engaging experiences. You'll define the strategy for video integration within campaigns.
• Master of Ideation and Storytelling: You're a creative powerhouse, constantly generating fresh ideas and weaving captivating narratives. You'll translate brand messages into impactful stories that resonate with audiences on the go.
• Visualize the Power of OOH: With a deep understanding of OOH media formats and their unique strengths, you'll translate campaign concepts into visually stunning executions that maximize impact and brand awareness.
• Guide Brand Campaigns for OOH Success: You'll collaborate with account teams to understand brand goals and translate them into impactful OOH strategies. You'll guide the creative process to ensure brand messages are delivered with clarity and memorability.
• Lead and Inspire: You'll be a creative head who fosters a collaborative and stimulating work environment.
• Identify creative opportunities beyond traditional out of home.
Qualifications - Exceptional creative ideation skills and a passion for storytelling.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in a creative advertising/digital agency or creative brand marketing role.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful ad campaigns and strong in OOH campaigns are a plus.
- Experience in integrated creative materials both digital, static and social contents.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines with high problem-solving skills.
- Good command of English if possible.
