-ดูแลเรื่องวีซ่าสำหรับพนักงานชาวจีน
-บันทึกการเข้างานของพนักงาน
-จัดทำเอกสารใบอนุญาตต่างๆของบริษัท
-การตรวจสอบประจำปีและขั้นตอนอื่น ๆ ของเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องอย่างทันท่วงที
-ร่างเอกสารบริษัท, การจัดการเอกสารของเจ้าหน้าที่ธุรการ การรวบรวม, คัดแยกและจัดเก็บข้อมูลและเอกสารสำคัญของบริษัท ฯลฯ
-ปฏิบัติงานธุรการต่างๆกับบริษัทตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- Nationality: Thai
- Age: 30 years old up
- Gender: Male/Female
- Bachelor Degree: Chinese or any field
- Certifiate：HSK 4+
- Experience: 3 years up
- Language Proficiency: Chinese
- Good multitasking, organization, time management skills
- Able to work under high pressure and flexible
- Knowledge about labor Law
