Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Fermentation technology, Bio-technology, Argo industry, Food Science or related.
- Minimum 10 years in a Food factory.
- Knowledge and awareness of Food Safety and Quality Management Systems (FSSC 22000, GMP, HACCP, BRC, HALAL, KOSHER, and other food systems)
- Proficient in planning and resource management, data collection and analysis, and presenting work proposals. Strong negotiation skills are also required.
- Possess management leadership abilities and skills, such as the ability to build team. Demonstrated experience coaching and developing individual
- Good command in English skill.
- Good computer skill (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Other).
