Job Descriptions
- บริหารงานด้านกฏหมายของบริษัทฯ นิติกรรมสัญญา - ติดต่อเจรจาต่อรอง การชำระหนี้ และการประนอมหนี้ - จัดทำเอกสารติดตามทวงถามยอดค้างชำระหนี้ - ดำเนินการฟ้องศาลเพื่อบังคับให้ลูกค้าชำระหนี้ - ดำเนินการสืบทรัพย์ และ บังคับคดี - ประสานงานหน่วยงานราชการที่เกี่ยวข้อง - ให้คำปรึกษาแนะนำในการทำนิติกรรม และสัญญาต่างๆ - งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
  1. เพศชาย/หญิง อายุ 35 ปีขึ้นไป
  2. การศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขานิติศาสตร์
  3. มีใบอนุญาตให้เป็นทนายความ และ มีบุคคลค้ำประกันการทำงาน
  4. มีประสบการณ์ทำงานนิติกร 5 ปีขึ้นไป
  5. มีประสบการณ์ในการติดตามหนี้หรืองานบังคับคดี
  6. มีทักษะในการเจรจาต่อรอง และ ไกล่เกลี่ยข้อพิพาท
  7. มีความมุ่งมั่น มีความเป็นผู้นำ ขยัน อดทนและมนุษย์สัมพันธ์ดี
  8. มีบุคลิกภาพที่ดี นิสัยร่าเริง ยิ้มแย้มแจ่มใส และ มีทัศนคติที่ดีต่อการทำงาน
  9. สามารถเดินทางทำงานต่างจังหวัดได้เป็นครั้งคราว
