Job DescriptionsAs the Operations Manager for the restaurant business, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the restaurant. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Solid understanding of restaurant operations, including kitchen and front-of-house procedures.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and food handling practices.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using restaurant management software and MS Office applications.
