Job Descriptions
As the Operations Manager for the restaurant business, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the restaurant. Your primary objective will be to optimize the restaurant's performance, uphold its reputation for quality service, and enhance the overall customer experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Solid understanding of restaurant operations, including kitchen and front-of-house procedures.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and food handling practices.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using restaurant management software and MS Office applications.
