JOBS DESCRIPTION
1.Improve manufacturing operation (both Core and Support functions) by reducing non-Value-added Activity through KAIZEN.
2.Support the development, implementation of the plant Lean Strategy, Lean Operating system
3.Conduct Lean training for continuous improvement, 5S, 7 waste, A3 problem solving, data analysis, VSM, etc
4.Measure/Monitor plant result (Employee Involvement, Kaizen Activity, Savings Progresses) and provide management report and communication
5.Analyze manufacturing data or process information, work with team to solve complex problem and / or repeated issue by A3 report.
6.Coach and Mentor Lean team and Promote Lean activity, Facilitate Lean project
7.Implement Continuous Improvement program for labor, cost, inventory planning, quality, shipping etc.
8.Training employees on Continuous Improvement principles Implementing 5S System to organize the workplace
9.Drive Continuous Improvement Culture (Change Fire Fighting Organize to KAIZEN Organize) and ensure change are permanent.
