-Liaise with relevant regulatory authorities and certification bodies to understand, interpret, and navigate the unique homologation requirements for passenger vehicles and their components in different markets.
-Collaborate with product development and engineering teams to ensure that passenger vehicles and associated auto part components adhere to all applicable local regulations and standards.
-Manage and coordinate comprehensive testing and certification activities for both passenger vehicles and auto part components to ensure compliance with local and international requirements.
-Prepare, review, and submit detailed homologation documentation and applications to regulatory bodies, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to specific market requirements.
-Address and resolve any challenges or issues encountered during the homologation process, working closely with cross-functional teams to develop effective solutions.
-Maintain meticulous records and documentation related to the homologation process, ensuring compliance with regulatory reporting requirements for both vehicles and auto part components.
-Conduct regular assessments to verify that passenger vehicles and associated auto part components continue to meet evolving local and international regulatory standards throughout their lifecycle.
-Stay informed about changes and updates in regulations and standards that may impact passenger vehicles and auto part components, providing timely guidance to the company.
-Develop and implement tailored homologation strategies for the specific requirements of both passenger vehicles and auto part components.
Qualifications - Bachelor's or higher degree in Engineering, Regulatory Affairs, or a related field.
- Previous experience in homologation and regulatory compliance, specifically in TISI, ECO-sticker DLT, NBTC, etc.
- In-depth knowledge of Thai homologation regulations, standards, and processes.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to interact with regulatory bodies and internal stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with excellent record-keeping and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Problem-solving skills to address challenges in the homologation process.
- Strong project management skills to coordinate and manage testing and certification activities.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English, Chinese (Preferable) and Thai.
- At least 3 – 5 years of experience in a similar job.
