Job Descriptions
1. Assist the company with written and oral communication as needed.
根据需要协助公司进行书面和口头沟通。
2.Translate a business question or request clearly and accurately,
conveying phrasing and intention as it relates to the subject.
清晰准确地翻译贸易业务的问题或请求，表达与主题相关的措辞和意图。
3. Real-time meeting translations. Provide accurate concepts and explanations with no additions or omissions.
实时会议翻译。提供准确的概念和解释，不添加或遗漏任何内容。
4. Provide support to work-related tasks. This may include scheduling meetings, preparing and managing paperworks/documents, handling phone calls and emails, liaising with clients, vendors and factory.
为与工作相关的任务提供支持。包括安排会议、准备并管理文件、处理电话和电子邮件、与客户 供应商及工厂联络。
Qualifications
- HSK level 5 or above or equivalent Mandarin Chinese level is required 必须具备汉语HSK5级以上或同等中文普通话水平
- Associate degree or equivalent 副学士学位或同等学历
- Proficiency in MS Office, and the ability to learn procedures and policies 熟练掌握 MS Office，具备学习程序和政策的能力
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills 优秀的书面及口语表达能力
