Job Descriptions

-Oversee and manage the daily operations of the spa facility, ensuring it runs efficiently and meets high-quality standards. -Interview, train, schedule, and supervise spa staff -Develop and manage the spa's budget -Implement marketing and sales strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones. -Ensure exceptional customer service by maintaining high standards and responding to client feedback and concerns. -Monitor and manage spa inventory. -Ensure all spa treatments and services are of high quality and meet HARNN Wellness & Hospitality standards. -Prepare and present regular reports on spa performance. -Provide ongoing training and professional development opportunities for spa staff to enhance their skills and keep them updated on industry trends.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent spa-related certification.
Minimum 2 years' work experience as Spa Manager or Assistant Spa Manager.
Spa Management skills, including experience in managing a spa team and developing spa services.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Spa therapy and spa reporting knowledge are essential.
Strong leadership and team-building skills.
Good Command of English communication.
