Electrical Construction Material Division Product: Wiring Device, Socket, Receptacle, Switch Job Description 1. Understanding New Product Development Steps: - Demonstrate a deep understanding of the entire new product development life cycle. - Stay informed about industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in new product development. 2. Setting MASTER PLAN for New Product: - Develop a comprehensive MASTER PLAN outlining key milestones, deliverables, and timelines for new product development. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives. 3. Controlling Development Schedule of New Product: - Implement effective project management methodologies to control and monitor the development schedule. - Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project timelines are met. 4. Managing Overall New Product Development: - Take ownership of the overall new product development process, coordinating efforts across various departments. - Collaborate with engineering, design, manufacturing, and quality assurance teams to ensure seamless integration of tasks. 5. Action and Recovery MASTER PLAN: - Proactively identify deviations from the MASTER PLAN and take corrective actions to bring the project back on track. - Implement recovery strategies in case of unforeseen challenges to minimize project delays. 6. Following Up and Monitoring MASTER PLAN: - Conduct regular follow-up meetings to assess progress against the MASTER PLAN. - Utilize key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and measure project success. 7. Preparing Progress Development Reports: - Generate detailed reports on the progress of new product development, highlighting achievements, challenges, and upcoming milestones. - Communicate effectively with superior, providing regular updates on project status.

Qualifications

Male/Female age 22 - 27 years old.
Bachelor’s degree of Industrial Engineering, Product Development, or a related field.
Have experience 0 - 5 year in Management, Control, Follow up project.
Good communication skill, good command of English
Proficient in project management tools and software
Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
