Job Descriptions
1.ฝึกอบรมพนักงานให้มีความรู้ความสามารถในการทำงานด้านตรวจสอบคุณภาพและการรับประกันคุณภาพ 2.ประชุมชี้แจงเรื่องต่างๆให้พนักงานทราบและทันต่อเหตุการณ์ เพิ่มเพิมหรือเปลี่ยนแปลงเอกสารการตรวจสอบคุณภาพ 3.รายงานบันทึกคุณภาพในการตรวจสอบคุณภาพทุกวันที่ทำงาน สรุปรายงานการตรวจสอบคุณภาพทุกอาทิตย์ 4.ประสานงานด้านคุณภาพ ข้อมูลการตรวจสอบให้ฝ่ายผลิต ฝ่ายวิศวกรรมและฝ่ายต่างๆ 5.ควบคุมผลิตภัณฑ์ในกระบวนการผลิตให้อยู่ในเกณฑ์หรือเป้าหมายคุณภาพ ตัดสินคุณภาพงานให้กับพนักงาน ตรวจสอบคุณภาพตามมาตรฐาน 6.วิเคราะห์สืบหาสาเหตุของปัญหาในกระบวนการผลิต เพื่อหาแนวทางแก้ไขและการป้องกัน 7. ประสานงานด้านกิจกรรมต่างๆภายในบริษัท 8. อื่นๆ ตามหน้าที่ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชาตามความเหมาะสมในโอกาสข้างหน้า
Qualifications
  1. วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรี ขึ้นไป
  2. ประสบการณ์3 ปีขึ้นไป ด้านควบคุมคุณภาพการผลิต
  3. มีความรู้พื้นฐานเกี่ยวกับอุปกรณ์อิเล็กทรอนิกส์
  4. มีความรู้พื้นฐานด้านการตรวจสอบคุณภาพ มาตรฐานการตรวจสอบคุณภาพทั่วไป และมาตรฐาน IPC-610
  5. สามารถถ่ายทอดความรู้ที่มีอยู่ให้กับพนักงานทราบและเข้าใจพื้นฐานได้
  6. มีลักษณะผู้นำที่ดี สามารถควบคุมดูแลพนักงานตั้งแต่ 40-50 คนขึ้นไปให้อยู่ในกฏระเบียบข้อบังคับของบริษัท
  7. มีความรับผิดชอบสูง ขยัน ซื้อสัตย์ และละเอียดและรอบคอบ
