Duties/Responsibilities:
Total Rewards Management:
• Develop and implement comprehensive total rewards strategies aligned with organizational goals, ensuring competitiveness, fairness, and compliance.
• Manage compensation structures, benefits programs, recognition initiatives, and other employee perks to enhance the overall employee experience.
• Conduct regular market analysis and benchmarking to ensure the organization's total rewards packages remain competitive in the industry.
• Drive the development and implementation of innovative employee wellness programs.
HRIS Implementation and Optimization:
• Lead the implementation, configuration, and customization of the HRIS platform to meet organizational needs.
• Oversee data management and integrity within the HRIS, ensuring accurate and secure employee records.
• Identify opportunities for process automation within HR functions, streamlining workflows and reducing manual efforts.
• Generate customized reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide valuable HR insights to senior management.
Team Leadership and Development:
• Lead and inspire a team of Total Rewards and HRIS professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation.
• Provide mentorship, training, and professional development opportunities to team members, ensuring continuous growth and skill enhancement.
Strategic Collaboration:
• Collaborate with HR business partners, finance, and senior leadership to align total rewards strategies and HRIS functionalities with organizational objectives.
