Job Descriptions
1. จัดทำเอกสารนำเข้า-ส่งออก เช่น อินวอยซ์ ใบขนสินค้า แพคกิ้งลิสต์ ใบตราส่ง หนังสือรับรองแหล่งสินค้า และเอกสารนำเข้า-ส่งออกอื่นๆ
2. ตรวจสอบพิกัดให้ตรงกับสินค้าเพื่อแจ้งบริษัท Shipping
3. ติดต่องานด้าน กรมปศุสัตว์ ,และจัดทำเอกสารอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานนำเข้า ส่งออกได้เป็นอย่างดี
4. ประสานงานกับผู้ขายและผู้ซื้อต่างประเทศ เกี่ยวกับการนำเข้าวัตถุดิบ-ส่ง
ออกสินค้า
5.ส่งออกตามแผนของบริษัทฯได้วางแผนงาน
6.ติดต่อประสานงานตัวแทน ทำการจองเรือ แอร์ เพื่อส่งออก
7. งานอื่นๆตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- เพศชาย /หญิง
- วุฒิ ปริญญาตรี ขึ้นไป
- มีประสบการณ์การประสานงานนำเข้า - ส่งออกอย่างน้อย 2 ปีขึ้นไป
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ จะรับพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีมนุษย์สัมพันธ์ดี อธยาศัยดี ขยัน อดทน และมีทัศนคติที่ดี (เชิงบวก)
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ได้เป็นอย่างดี
