Job Descriptions
- ดูแลงานบัญชีรับ-จ่าย
- ดูแลงานเรื่องต่างๆ ทางบัญชีเกี่ยวกับบัญชีลูกหนี้การค้า (งานด้าน AR)
- ดูแลการรับโอนเงินจากลูกหนี้การค้า และตรวจสอบเช็คและเงินสดจากนำเข้าบัญชี
- ติดตามการชำระหนี้และทำรายงานลูกหนี้
- ดูแลงานบัญชีเกี่ยวกับเจ้าหนี้การค้าทั้งในประเทศและต่างประเทศ (งานด้าน AP)
- ดูแลเรื่องการจ่ายชำระเงินให้กับเจ้าหนี้การค้าทั้งในประเทศและต่างประเทศ
- ตรวจสอบสินค้าคงเหลือ
- จัดทำใบหัก ณ ที่จ่าย สรุปยอดภาษี
- จัดทำเอกสารภาษีซื้อภาษีขายประจำเดือน
- งานกระทบยอดบัญชี (Reconcile)
Qualifications
- จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาการบัญชี
- มีประสบการณ์การทำงานบัญชีการเงินไม่ต่ำกว่า 2 ปี
- มีทักษะการใช้งานโปรแกรม Microsoft Office
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ
- มีทักษะในการเจรจา มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี
