-Expand company business by Research and Development -Perform product development & industrialization (Concept, -Search new technologies, explore new raw materials, design experiment for laboratory scale, pilot plant scale and implement in commercial scale -Support factories on improving product quality, production process and troubleshooting existing products -Collaborate with domestic and oversea marketing to launch new product -Perform job-related duties as assigned

Qualifications

Age not over 25 years old
ฺBachelor degree or higher in Biotechnology, Fermentation, Microbiology (Knowledge of Molecular genetics will be advantage)
Proactive, Self-Motivation, Initiative, High responsibility, Good at analytical thinking, problem solving, interpersonal & communication skills
Good command of spoken and written English, Computer Literacy
New graduate is welcome
