Job Descriptions- Responsible for assisting Human Resources Manager in the provision of an efficient and effective recruitment, compensation mangement, payroll, people development, and employee relation management service to ensure that key objectives, relating to the human resources service are achieved. He/she will also liaise with internal and external clients, to which they are linked, to ensure that the service provided meets their needs. He/she will also work closely with other members of the Human Resources team, contributing to development of a range of initiatives and achievements of objectives.
- Support recruitment team in recruitment process. Monitor and ensure recruitment KPIs are achieved
- To be responsible for all administrative tasks in the office and support the management as assigned
- Provide regular reporting to management including ISO concerning report
