Job Descriptions
- จัดทำแผนการสรรหาพนักงานทุกช่องทาง
- สรรหาพนักงานทุกตำแหน่ง ให้ได้ตามกำหนดระยะเวลา
- จัดทำรายงานสรุปอัตรากำลังคนในแต่ละเดือน เสนอผู้บังคับบัญชา
-จัดทำรายงานสรุปการ เข้า - ออก ของพนักงานในแต่ละเดือนเสนอผู้บังคับบัญชา
- Up datae ตำแหน่งงานให้เป็นปัจจุบัน
- จัดทำใบเสนออนุมัติรับพนักงาน พร้อมระบุ Jod description
- จัดทำสัญญาค้ำประกัน (บางตำแหน่ง)
- ตรวจและติดตามเอกสารประกอบการสมัครและหน้าบัญชีธนาคาร
- ตรวจสุขภาพก่อนเริ่มงาน
- สำรวจและนำส่งทรัพย์สินพนักงาน (บางตำแหน่ง)
- ดำเนินการ ติดตาม ประเมินผลการทดลองงาน
Qualifications
- เพศ ชาย / หญิง
- อายุ 23 - 35 ปี
- วุฒิการศึกษา ปริญญาตรี สาขาทรัพยากรมนุษย์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ ในการทำงานด้านบุคคล ไม่น้อยกว่า 1 ปี
