Job Descriptions
1.Plans and approves raw material requisition for the work shift under supervision at the beginning of work day. 2.Conducts physical inspection of Operators to conform with work standard before the start of work shift, The inspection is made with the help of Leaders of the same work shift. 3.Supervises and monitors product process by making period inspections to ensure Operators are performing according to established work instructions. The Operators are working under close observation of 2-3 Leaders in each work shift. 4.Monitors production performance (output, yield, LRR), resolves shop-floor problems and prepares daily production output report for the work shift under supervision. Analyzes causes and reports to Senior Supervisor if production performance doesn’t achieve the target. 5.Assigns reviews and provides guidance to subordinates in the capacity as supervisor. 6.Other jobs upon assignment วันทำงาน จันทร์ - เสาร์ (6วัน) เวลาทำงาน 6.30 - 15.00 (กะเช้า) 22.00 - 6.30 (กะดึก)
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor Degree in any field.
  2. 1-2 yrs. in factory ,Electronic Field is adventage
  3. Leadership Skill.
