Job Descriptions

1) ดูแลรับผิดชอบการทำงานของทีม Network เพื่อให้ลูกค้าสามารถใช้บริการได้ตามสัญญา 2) ควบคุมการทำงานของทีม Network โดยภาพรวม 3) ควบคุมดูแลในส่วนของ Service Improvement แล: Monitoring ด้าน Infrastructure ของระบบ Network, Security และ อื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการให้บริการ 4) จัดหา Service หรือ Tools ใหม่ๆ ตามเทรนด์โทคโนโลยีในปัจจุบัน เพื่อสนับสนุนการทำงานของทีมหรือเพื่อช่วยลด ค่าใช้จ่ายของทีม 5) ควบคุมการซ่อมบำรุงระบบ (MA) และการปรับแต่งระบบที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการให้บริการ 6) ควบคุมการจัดท้า Change Control Management (COM) 7) ออกแบบควบคุมการจัดทำ Asset management และ Configuration ของอุปกรณ์ 8) ออกแบบควบคุมการจัดทำคู่มือ(Knowledge basellaกสาร Configuration ขั้นตอนวิธีการทำงางาน (Work Instructions) 9) ออกแบบควบคุมการจัดทำรายงานต่างๆ เช่น รายงาน Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly หรืออื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับหมาย 10) นำเสนอผลงาน (Presentation) ให้กับลูกค้าได้

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or higher in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field.
At least 5 years’ experience in IT manager or Network role
Strong Skills in network infrastructure, security systems, and antivirus systems.
Experience in manage small team.
Detail-oriented, good interpersonal skills, and punctual.
Work at Office Mon - Fri
