Job Descriptions
Responsibilities: 1.Manufacturing and cost improvements by maintaining, reviewing, and further developing standard costing processes. 2.Take lead to standardize procedures and internal processes: standard reports, validation process, and segregation of duties. 3.Support annual budgets, monthly forecasts, specifically regarding operational costs and performance. 4.New product price and price review on a quarterly basis. 5.Analysis of manufacturing cost variances in monthly financial reporting package: Purchase price variance (PPV), material efficiency variances, processing cost variances. 6.Identified NCR stock, non-standard sizes stock, and slow-moving inventory and escalated to operations for improvement. 7.Driving and coordinating with Manufacturing initiatives improving operating performance such as yield improvements and cost reductions.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or other relevant fields.
  2. A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Manufacturing cost and ERP systems.
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  4. Excellent for Microsoft office and SAP.
  5. Good personality, service-minded, positive attitude, and interpersonal skills.
