Job Descriptions
1. Finance - รับเงิน - จัดทำรายงานประมาณการรับชำระค่าสินค้าในประเทศ-ต่างประเทศ - จัดทำรายงานการเคลื่อนไหวลูกหนี้การค้าในประเทศ และลูกหนี้เงินยืมทดรองจ่ายประจำสัปดาห์ - จัดเตรียมใบเสร็จรับเงินเพื่อใช้ในการวางบิลและเก็บเช็คกับลูกค้าและรายได้อื่นๆ - บันทึกบัญชีการรับค่าสินค้า/บริการ และค่าใช้จ่ายต่างประเทศในระบบ SAP 2. Finance - จ่ายเงิน - จัดเตรียมเอกสารชุดจ่ายในประเทศ-ต่างประเทศ รายสัปดาห์ , รายเดือน พร้อมตรวจสอบความถูกต้องจำนวนเงิน เอกสารประกอบครบถ้วน มีการอนุมัติจ่ายโดยผู้มีอำนาจลงนาม - จัดทำรายงานประมาณการจ่ายชำระค่าสินค้าในประเทศ-ต่างประเทศ - จัดเตรียมเอกสารชุดจ่ายเงินสดย่อย, เบิกทดแทนวงเงินสดย่อย - จัดทำเอกสารขออนุมัติธุรกรรมซื้อขายเงินตราต่างประเทศล่วงหน้า (Forward Contract)
Qualifications
  1. ระดับการศึกษา ปริญญาตรี สาขา การบัญชี
  2. ประสบการณ์ 1-2 ปี ด้านบัญชีและการเงิน
  3. มีความรู้ด้านการใช้ระบบงาน SAP, ERP, Work Flow
  4. มีทักษะการใช้งานคอมพิวเตอร์และโปรแกรมพื้นฐาน เช่น Microsoft Office
  5. มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Treasury หรือ การเงินการธนาคาร 3 ปีขึ้นไป
