Job Descriptions
- Develop CNC programs for milling, turning, and other essential production processes via using Fanuc, Mitsubishi, and other controls. - Select and install appropriate CNC tools for specific jobs. - Operate CNC machines to produce high-precision components. - Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as necessary to ensure quality and efficiency. - Train new employees on how to properly operate CNC machines and programs. - Troubleshoot and resolve problems with machines as they arise. Inspect finished products for accuracy, adherence to specifications, and quality standards. - Recommends quality control procedures to QC momager to identify and rectify defects in the machining process. - Maintain accurate records of CNC programs, machine setups, and production parameters. - Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance productivity. - Work together with cross-functional teams to understand production requirements and provide solutions to improve the production process. - Assist and perform preventative maintenance work on CNC machines.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineer or any fields.
  2. At least 5 years experience in CNC machining in including operation.
  3. Have experience with CAM software and CAD/CAM integration.
  4. Have experience for Fanuc , siemens , brother machine control.
  5. Working Mon : Fri ( 7.30 - 17.30 )
