Job Descriptions
•Responsible for 25% Key account management, 25% New sales, 30% New product driving and 20% Marketing support. •Budgeting and targeting challenge as on team and individual performance •Take care for assigned clients; key customers, general customers, opportunity customers as business management to meet company business objectives with increasing the improvement significantly by year •Identify business opportunity for company, develop / implement Key account’s business plan and deliver positive result for satisfaction and profitable sales growth •Develop / implement customer business plan to meet business objectives •Partnering with Key account & Regional manager / marketing team / Other sales team (PIC) / technical team/ service and engineering team to drive the excellent trade activation, pricing management, recommendation and merchandising programs •Individual to solve and take care to customer issue / service/ validation / requirement then team service is able to be provided as the potential •Collaborate with engineering service (Installation) and Business development (Designer) team for BOQ and TOR complementation in maintenance and new sales tasks •Responsible to 1 time service program with strategic idea to organization •Business negotiation & new customer development •Conduct annual contract negotiation and ensure to optimize trade spending based on company and customers win-win strategy •Monitor market dynamics; product distribution, competitor activity, market trend, innovation, automation.
Qualifications
  1. Candidate must reside in Bangkok
  2. Regular on-site customer support, some weekend/evening/night work and be abroad will be required
  3. Bachelor’s Degree; Food science, Food tech, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Food Engineering or related
  4. 5-10 years experiences in field of overseas business, the position level will be also considered as experiences
  5. Related technical sales/service or key account management experience
  6. Bilingual, Thai/English
  7. Strong ability to travel within a geographic territory
  8. Must have a valid Driver’s License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
  9. 5+ years of successful technical sales or field of sales support experience
  10. Or 5+ years of experience directly related to well service stimulation business preferred. Or 5+ years of marketing overview of F&B, cleaning product, sanitation business as well
  11. Prior experience that demonstrates a strong work ethic and ability to multitask
  12. TOEIC scored 400+ will be advantage
  13. Experience in Food and Beverage industry preferred
  14. Previous production, sanitation, QA/QC, sales chemical section, or related experience in F&B
  15. Water treatment or specialty chemical industry experience
  16. Working knowledge of part; CIP, COP, lubrication, disinfectant, farm or livestock sanitizing, cooling towers, and wastewater treatment systems
  17. High computer application literacy (including Microsoft Office Suite, and ability to learn internal business systems)
  18. History of working in a field that required autonomy and self-motivation
  19. Prior experience that required excellent communication and organization skills
  20. Account Management experience that includes calling on multilevel plant or facilities management to accomplish company goals
