Job Descriptions•Responsible for 25% Key account management, 25% New sales, 30% New product driving and 20% Marketing support.
•Budgeting and targeting challenge as on team and individual performance
•Take care for assigned clients; key customers, general customers, opportunity customers as business management to meet company business objectives with increasing the improvement significantly by year
•Identify business opportunity for company, develop / implement Key account’s business plan and deliver positive result for satisfaction and profitable sales growth
•Develop / implement customer business plan to meet business objectives
•Partnering with Key account & Regional manager / marketing team / Other sales team (PIC) / technical team/ service and engineering team to drive the excellent trade activation, pricing management, recommendation and merchandising programs
•Individual to solve and take care to customer issue / service/ validation / requirement then team service is able to be provided as the potential
•Collaborate with engineering service (Installation) and Business development (Designer) team for BOQ and TOR complementation in maintenance and new sales tasks
•Responsible to 1 time service program with strategic idea to organization
•Business negotiation & new customer development
•Conduct annual contract negotiation and ensure to optimize trade spending based on company and customers win-win strategy
•Monitor market dynamics; product distribution, competitor activity, market trend, innovation, automation.
