Job Location We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Hvac Technician Supervisor in multiple locations across Bangkok perimeter. The supervisor will be responsible for maintaining and fixing HVAC systems in our facilities, supervising and instructing maintenance crew, identifying maintenance needs, ordering spare parts, setting timelines, and performing basic repairs on HVAC / AC systems in our facilities. Key Responsibilities 1.Supervision and Training a.Supervise and lead a team of workers or crew members assigned to HVAC maintenance b.tasks.Provide guidance, instruction, and training to team members to ensure efficient and safe work practices. 2.Maintenance Planning a.Identify and assess maintenance needs for HVAC systems in each facility. b.Develop maintenance schedules and set up timelines to ensure the optimal performance and longevity of HVAC equipment. 3.Basic equipment Repairs a.Perform basic troubleshooting and repairs on HVAC systems, including diagnosing issues, replacing components, and ensuring proper system functionality. b.Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations during repair works.
