1.Produce Training Report (Monthly, and ad hoc)
o Fill in training record to report template
o Update training record into system (SharePoint)
2.Ensure the documents and the number of trainings pass standard requirements and get the approval from Department of Skills Development (monthly, yearly)
o Retrieve training information and records
o Cooperate with other training team (retail team, DC team) to get all need information
o Fill in all necessary forms and prepare all necessary documents /evidences
o Check and ensure all information / documents and forms are correct
o Submit, monitor, collect all needed documents with the Department of Skill Development
o Make recommendation if we are at risk or facing the problems
o Make summary reports of progression and achievement of the numbers and expenses (quarterly, yearly)
3. Admin training expenses, requests and payments (weekly)
o Fill form, tracking, and record
o Cooperate with Finance function and Purchasing function to ensure vendors get cheques on time
4. Manage stationery (monthly)
o Monitor stock, checking in – out
o Fill in form / system to order stationery
5. Coaching and Develop new staff and Solving problems as well
6. Act as a reception
o Provide information and service to users
