Job Descriptions
1. Introduce and promote the company's products and services to customers.
2. Prepare sales presentation materials, quotations, and sales contracts.
3. Communicate and coordinate with relevant departments to facilitate customer needs.
4. Report customer follow-up results on a weekly basis.
5. Provide customer service throughout the sales process and follow up after-sales.
6. Build and maintain good relationships with existing customers and potential new customers.
7. Ensure customer satisfaction by helping identify their problems and finding solutions.
8. Perform tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
- Male/Female, aged 23-37 years old.
- Service-oriented, good interpersonal skills, and a pleasant personality.
- Responsible and able to work well under pressure.
- Proficient in English and Burmese communication; knowledge of Chinese is a plus.
- 3-month probation period.
