Job Descriptions• Oversee all HR activities across the operations; recruitment, ER, manpower planning, training & development, compensation & benefits, and all other HR related activities to support the business needs.
• Supervise HR staff on review payroll calculations includes Attendance, OT, Gasoline, Allowances, PND.1, SSF, deduction, expats related handling, etc.
• Create monthly reports with data analysis relating to HR for Management (attendance, leave record, etc.)
• Create agreements, forms, notices, rules & regulations including review and revise for improvement.
• Support and be contact point for government units relating to employee and company; DSD, Labour Dept., SSO, etc.
• Control and manage PDPA process, update It from time to time as required by law.
• Be contact point of employees for giving advice, information, detail upon employees' requirement.
• Ad-hoc jobs assigned by managers.
