Job Descriptions
1. Production Control: Supervise and control the production process (Factory A : Heading ,Mandrel , Surface Treatment / Factory B : : Assembly , Packing , Warehouse) to ensure it meets set standards and timelines.
2.Team Management: Guide and train team members to work efficiently while fostering a positive work atmosphere.
3. Quality Inspection: Monitor product quality throughout the production process and address any issues that arise.
4. Production Reporting: Prepare reports on production outcomes, statistics, and encountered issues for management.
5. Process Improvement: Analyze and improve production processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
6. Defect Rate Goals: Set monthly targets for production defect rates.
7. Product Compliance: Initiate and coordinate activities to prevent product or process inconsistencies.
8. Production Data Analysis: Analyze production-related records to continuously improve output and efficiency.
9. Corrective Action Implementation: Address any non-conformities in production activities and communicate necessary information.
10. KPI Control: Monitor and maintain company KPIs.
11. Support for Customer Audits and Standards: Assist with Customer Audits, ISO 9001:2015, and IATF 16949 compliance.
12. Document Review and Approval: Review and approve standard documents such as FMEA, Control Plan, Flow Process, and PPAP.
Qualifications
- Male/Female , Age between 30 - 45 years old.
- Bachelor's Degree in any field or higher.
- At least 8 years' experience of Production (5 Years experience in Supervisor or Management level position)
- Have experience in Production of nuts, steel nails, nail tools would be receiving special consideration.
- Strong manage subordinate to meet the department in policy
- Knowledge in Quality System ISO9001, IATF 16949, ISO14001
- Computer skill of Microsoft office.
- Can communicate in English or Chinese language.
