Job Descriptions
- ดูแลทีมและติดตามประสานกับฝ่าย Admin, Assistant, Client
- ดูแลการปฏิบัติงานและประสิทธิภาพของทีมงาน มีการกำหนดเป้าหมายของทีมและ KPI
- วางแผนการทำงานให้กับทีมเพื่อให้มีประสิทธิภาพในการทำงาน
- ดูแลการเข้างาน ขาด ลา มาสาย จัดตารางการทำงาน
- เรียนรู้กระบวนการทำงานตอบแชททางช่องทางออนไลน์ ตอบคำถามให้คำแนะนำและแจ้งข้อมูลรายละเอียดต่างๆให้กับลูกค้า
- วิเคราะห์และแก้ปัญหาภายในทีมและปัจจัยภายนอก ทำงานร่วมกับ QA และมีการฝึกอบรมเกี่ยวกับการทำงานเพื่อปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพของพนักงาน
- สร้างความพึงพอใจที่ดีให้บริการของบริษัท และให้ความช่วยเหลือติดตามความต้องการของลูกค้า
- จัดทำรายงานเพื่อนำเสนอ และอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- Ability to deal with demanding customers and escalations.
- Experience in team management and coaching.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience within a contact centre environment as a Team Manager.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
