Job Descriptions
1. Liaising with existing staff to clarify job descriptions and related expectations. 2. Studying and contributing to the operations and climate of our company. 3. Drafting instructional manuals, onboarding materials, and other relevant documentation. 4. Administering regular, detailed needs assessments to identify skills deficits. 5. Orienting new hires to their function within the grand scheme, as well as established company norms. 6. Addressing skills deficits through tailored in-house training. 7. Coordinating external training as the need arises. 8. Monitoring staffs' performance by liaising with line managers and department heads. 9. Availing yourself as a sounding board for all employees with the explicit aim of improving their orientation and training. 10. Upholding confidentiality, unless legally mandated to do otherwise.
Qualifications
  1. Education requirement: bachelor's degree, master's degree
  2. Major: Human Resource
  3. Language (Foreign): [English] listen: average, speak: average, read: average, write: average
  4. Familiar skills:Windows 2000, Windows NT, Oracle Financials, WPS, Publishing Software, Word, Excel..etc.
  5. Work experience: 3 years
  6. Qualification in Instruction is advantageous.
  7. Thorough understanding of contemporary HR and business procedures.
