Job Descriptions

In this job, you’ll need to interact with many people from different departments to seamlessly take care of leases. Your sharp people skills will come in handy because you will be the go-between person for tenants, marketing agents, solicitors, and relevant government authorities. You will also sit down with salespeople, top executives, customers, tenants, contractors and clients to ensure the success of projects and events. On top of all these, you should be able to guide your tenants in all lease rules, and encourage them to take part in the property’s events and activities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
At least 2-3 years of experiences in a retail mall or mixed development.
Have a work background about office buildings or shopping malls will be considered.
Good command in English is prefer.
Able to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment.
Good Service-minded.
