Job Descriptions
Description: 1. Responsible for the operation, maintenance and management of TikTok shop, including but not limited to popular video analysis, product management, marketing activity planning and registration, advertising, data analysis, customer service, etc., to ensure account security and performance growth; 2. Responsible for the plans and strategies for store operations and delivery, using TikTok Mall's search and promotion, mall activities, advertising and other operational means to quickly improve sales performance; 3. Analyze video playback likes and comments and key indicators, analyze and formulate video operation strategies based on data, regularly form data analysis reports, continuously adjust and optimize operation strategies, and increase the number of fans, user activity and conversion data; 4. Responsible for collecting relevant materials, coordinating video production according to the company's marketing direction and goals; efficiently produce hot video content to increase user attention and stickiness to the company's products; 5. Responsible for reviewing platform data, user growth, daily product data, store data, Analyze activity data, adjust operations and promotion video directions in real time, and continuously optimize promotion effects; 6. Be responsible for market research of products, understand competitors' categories, products and sales policies, and formulate corresponding countermeasures, understand product trends and directions, and adjust operation strategies in time; Requirement: 1. More than 1 year of Tiktok shop operation experience, familiar with Tiktok shop operation rules and procedures, and have 0-1 Tiktok store operation experience preferred; 2. Priority is given to those with experience in operating categories such as cosmetics and skin care products; 3. Familiar with Tiktok platform rules, such as overseas short videos and social media operation skills, understand overseas user habits
