Job Descriptions• Develop personnel development and organizational development work to keep up with the company’s business plan.
• Develop training and educational materials for current staff and new hires, including visual aids, multimedia tools, training booklets and more.
• Working closely with team leaders and HR supporting team to enhance operation excellence by building the quality and quantity of HR initiative.
• Participate in designing and planning training and development (Training, Development Roadmap, IDP Career Path, Succession Plan&Promotion, Employee Engagement & Activities, OD) according to the needs of the business unit. To increase the capabilities of employees.
• Conduct orientation for new employees.
• Providing advice to team leaders by partnering on moderately complex HR processes and procedures.
• Maintains Training Legal requirements completed accurately and timely.
• Create and manage training budgets.
• Design, plan and implement as company’s employee engagement programs, policies and procedures.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and instructors.
