Job Descriptions
1.Addressing employee concerns and complaints effectively.
2.Developing and implementing employee relations policies to foster a positive work environment.
3.Assisting the HR department during the recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions for new hires.
4.Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of employment laws and regulations to ensure company compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- Proven experience in an HR role with a focus on employee relations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively manage relationships.
- A strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in HRIS and office software to efficiently perform administrative tasks.
- Knowing the Chinese language is a must.
