Job Descriptions
- ติดต่อประสานงานกับลูกค้า และเอเย่นต่างประเทศ โดย E-mail
- ติดตามเอกสารการนำเข้าและส่งออกกับลูกค้า เพื่อ SUBMIT/ENTER/BOOKING และดำเนินการส่งออกสำหรับงานขนส่งระหว่าง 3 ประเทศ (Triangle shipment)
- จัดทำเอกสาร ออกใบงาน ให้แผนกชิปปิ้ง เพื่อจัดทำใบขนขาเข้า/ขาออก และส่งให้ลูกค้าตรวจสอบแจ้งอัพเดทไฟล์ทเข้า/ออก ส่งค่าใช้จ่ายให้ลูกค้า จัดทำ PAYMENT เบิกค่าใช้จ่าย
- ติดต่อจองรถหัวลาก/รถบรรทุก เพื่อส่งมอบสินค้าให้กับลูกค้าได้ทันตามกำหนดเวลา
- ติดตามใบแจ้งหนี้ เอกสารวางบิลต่างๆ จาก Supplier และชุดปิดบัญชีจากชิปปิ้ง
- ออกใบแจ้งหนี้ให้กับลูกค้า และเอเย่นต่างประเทศให้ทันตามกำหนดเวลาวางบิล
- ดูแลแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้า ให้คำแนะนำ และให้ข้อมูลต่างๆ กับลูกค้า
- ปิดจ๊อบงานในระบบได้เรียบร้อยตามกำหนดเวลา
Qualifications
- มีประสบการณ์ 3 ปีขึ้นไปในงาน CS Air Import (Air Freight)
- มีประสบการณ์ในบริษัท Freight Forwarder
- ปริญญาตรีสาขาโลจีสติกส์ หรืออื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- สื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี
- Service mind
- สามารถใช้ MS Office (Excel, Word) ได้เป็นอย่างดี
