Job Descriptions
Job Description:
- Manage overall HR tasks such as month and end year process, compile qualitative and quantitative data/information.
- Produce monthly reports to management including HR performance, project analysis and projections.
- Collect, Monitor, and analyze HR data.
- Provide consulting and strategic advice to support business in short-term and long-term.
- Work closely with all departments in accordance with Company policies and procedures.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in the in Political Science, Economics or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in in HR Management
- Strong knowledge of ERP or HRIS is required.
- Fluent in English.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
