Job Descriptions

• Analyze market trends, demographic data, and competitor presence in target areas. • Identify and evaluate potential sites for new shops based on predefined criteria such as accessibility, visibility, and demographics. • Conduct site inspections to assess the suitability of the location, including infrastructure, zoning compliance, and any potential obstacles. • Ensure all regulatory and zoning requirements are met for new site selections. • Negotiate lease agreements with property owners, including terms, rent, and any additional provisions. • Work closely with legal counsel to review and finalize lease contracts. • Develop and manage budgets related to site acquisition, including lease costs, and other associated costs.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, Real Estate, or a related field
2 years in Site Acquisition, or a related field
Strong knowledge of real estate markets, zoning regulations, and permitting processes.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Detail-oriented with strong project management abilities
