Job Descriptions
a.Ensure compliance to production plan. Ensure quality check and availability of RM prior to production. b.Understand machine parameter setting and operation of coating unit. c.Ensure minimum downtime on machine. Identify and prepare report for critical maintenance requirements and co-ordinate with maintenance team for rectification. d.Process Parameter settings as per standard in the process manual. e.Ensure continuous monitoring of Coating Station for quality during production. Prepare deviation reports if any. f.Ensure proper cleaning of Coating Unit and deliver coating weight as per standards g.Ensure mixing of chemicals as per recipe and prepare mixing record report.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree of Engineer : Major in Mechanical, Electrical, Production,
  2. Experience: 3-5 years in coating and lamination on Film / Plastic
  3. Good communication skill and basic E-mail etiquette
  4. Basic understanding of English language is a plus
