Retail Branding Marketing and Strategy Head:
the strategic overhaul and execution of marketing, branding, communication, and operational initiatives across Company’s retail network. With retail becoming a significant focus, this role is central to scaling the business, introducing higher-end models, and driving profitability. The ideal candidate will revamp marketing and branding strategies, enhance in-store experiences, establish robust SOPs, and ensure the seamless execution of the management’s vision across all retail operations.
•Digital Marketing experience is a must
•Lead the day-to-day operations of Company stores, ensuring operational excellence and meeting sales targets.
•Develop and implement retail strategies that align with overall company objectives, with a strong focus on branding and customer experience.
•Drive digital marketing campaigns and initiatives to boost awareness and foot traffic across stores.
•Oversee retail branding and marketing efforts, ensuring consistency across Company locations.
•Collaborate with sales and operational teams to execute strategies that maximize revenue and growth.
Strategic Planning and Execution:
•Develop and implement comprehensive retail strategies that align with Company’s scaling objectives and management’s vision.
•Revamp marketing and branding strategies to position Company as a premium retail destination for high-end products.
•Identify and capitalize on market trends and opportunities to drive growth and profitability.
•Collaborate with sales teams to set and achieve retail sales targets.
•Drive initiatives that increase revenue and profitability for Company.

LocationThe candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers. Responsibilities,
• Meet and exceed sales targets.
• Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts.
• Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives.
• Build a rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers. Qualifications,
• Must be Thai Citizen.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Business English or related fields.
• 2 to 5 years' quota carrying sales experience.
• Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems.
• Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Having experience in Sales Project or the Business to Business (B2B).
• Have the background in Mattress or bedding or furniture firm is plus.
