Job Descriptions
1. ตรวจรับแผนการส่งสินค้าประจำวัน
2. จัดพิมพ์เอกสารการเบิกสินค้าออกจากคลังและเอกสารเตรียมจัดส่ง
3. ออกใบผ่านรถขนส่งสินค้า
4. จัดพิมพ์รายงานรับคืน Invoice ประจำวันพร้อมรวบรวมเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องนำเสนอให้ผู้บังคับบัญชา
5. รวบรวมและจัดเก็บเอกสาร
6. ติดต่อประสานงานกับแผนกบัญชี เอกสาร Invoice บิลน้ำมันและค่าทางด่วน
7. ปฏิบัติตามคำสั่งที่ผู้บังคับบัญชามอบหมาย
Qualifications
- เพศ ชาย หญิง
- อายุ 22 ปีขึ้นไป
- วุฒิการศึกษา ตั้งแต่ ปวช ปวส มัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย. ขึ้นไป
- มีความรับผิดชอบ ละเอียด รอบคอบ
- มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี สามารถร่วมงานกับผู้อื่นได้
- สามารถใช้งานโปรแกรมไมโครซอฟได้
- ประสบการณ์ 1 ปีขึ้นไป
