Job Descriptions

1. Manage order management process i.e. create sales order, stock transport order etc. 2. Weight scale for inbound and outbound. 3. Posted goods issue (PGI). 4. Call off base mix process (N/A), only at LPN Plant. 5. Other tasks that relate with customer service job function. 6. Working, coordinate and cross functional communication with various teams and with internal & external customer (N/A). 7. Working for all administrative for Customer Service in each location i.e. document filling etc. 8. Prepare and issue the reports. 9. Other as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any related fields.
Can work under pressure, do attitude, problem solving skill, service-oriented mindset, strong communication and work with various departments.
Computer literacy with SAP and excel experience will be a plus.
At least 1-2 years’ experience of customer service will be a plus.
Fair command in English
Can work in Chachoengsao factory
Working hours: Mon - Sat, 08:00 am. - 05:00 pm.
Eligible for overtime
