Job Descriptions
• Responsible for implementation, configuration and maintenance system according to standard identify and comply with security guideline related platform support.
• Supporting day-to-day operation incleding with Change request and/or incident.
• Support service request regards to requirement of user
• Investigation and coordinating with peer/cross team to perform root cause analysis
• Perform system refreshment, installation and/or migration
Qualifications
- สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาวิศวะคอมพิวเตอร์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- เพศ ชาย/หญิง อายุไม่เกิน 35 ปี
- มี Service Mind และทัศนคติที่ดี, มีความรู้พื้นฐานทางด้านคอมพิวเตอร์
- ขอคนมีปสก ทาง Windowserver, Linux, VMWare
- สื่อสารดี มีใจรักงานบริการ, สามารถทำงานภายใต้ภาวะความกดดันได้
- เคยทำ Incident, VA scan,Cloud stike
- ทำงาน จ-ศ หยุด เสาร์-อาทิตย์ / นักขัตฤกษ์
