Job Descriptions

1.Train staffs to use Prime & SAP system related to receiving & dispatching and understand operations procedures & develop appropriate monitoring processes. 2.Maintain Stock and Location Maintenance in Prime system and e 3.Identify the problem from operations procedures related to system management & propose the solution to make more effective and efficiency in operationsnsure all data updated at all times. 4.Ensure that all shifts are covered by subordinates to meet the needs of Operations Dept. and P&G. 5.Ensure providing enough training to System staffs in order to perform smooth operations. 6.Keep Manager informed of any concerns/ problems that arise at the earliest opportunity. 7.Produce Short Ship Report as part of monthly KPI.

Qualifications

เพศหญิง หรือ เพศชายอายุไม่ต่ำกว่า 25 ปีบริบูรณ์ ผ่านการเกณฑ์ทหารหรือพ้นภาระทางทหารแล้ว
วุฒิการศึกษาระดับ ปวส. ขึ้นไปไม่จำกัดสาขา
มีภาวะผู้นำ สามารถแก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ และสามารถทำงานภายใต้ภาวะกดดันได้ดี
มีประสบการณ์การทำงานด้านนี้มาก่อน จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
สามารถใช้โปรแกรม MS Office และ Outlook ได้
สามารถอ่านและเขียนภาษาอังกฤษระดับพอใช้ถึงปานกลาง
มีมนุษย์สัมพันธ์ดี, กระตือรือร้น และมีความละเอียดรอบคอบ
สามารถทำงานล่วงเวลาได้
มีวุฒิภาวะ ความเป็นผู้นำ
สามารถทำงาน 6 วันต่อสัปดาห์
