Job Descriptions
ประสานงานกับพันธมิตรด้านการท่องเที่ยว, ผู้จัดจำหน่ายทัวร์ออนไลน์(OTA), ผู้ประกอบการทัวร์ในประเทศไทย และลูกค้าชาวต่างชาติ/ชาวไทย • ติดตามข้อมูลการจองจากระบบการจองและประสานงานกับผู้ประกอบการณ์ทัวร์ในประเทศไทยเพื่อจองผ่าน Line, WhatsApp หรือ Email • แจ้งยืนยันการจองกับลูกค้า เจรจากับลูกค้าเพื่อแก้ปัญหา ตอบข้อซักถามต่างๆ • คอยติดตามงานทัวร์ หรืองานที่ได้รับมอบหมาย • มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดี เข้ากับเพื่อนร่วมงานได้
Qualifications
  1. วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรี สาขาท่องเที่ยว/อื่นๆ
  2. เพศหญิง ไม่จำกัดศาสนา อายุไม่เกิน 40 ปี
  3. มีความรู้ด้านคอมพิวเตอร์ สามารถใช้งาน Microsoft Office(Word, Excel) และ Internet ได้
  4. ชื่นชอบ หรือ มีทักษะในการสื่อสาร ฟัง พูด อ่าน เขียนภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี
  5. หากมีประสบการณ์ในการติดต่อสื่อสารกับชาวต่างชาติหรือมีประสบการณ์ในบริษัทนำเที่ยว/โรงแรมจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  6. สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดัน มีจิตใจบริการ และละเอียดรอบคอบ
  7. สามารถที่จะทำงานในวันหยุดสุดสัปดาห์หรือวันหยุดนักขัตฤกษ์ได้เมื่อจำเป็น
  8. สามารถทำงานที่จังหวัดกระบี่ได้
  9. ไม่จำเป็นต้องจบตรงสาย ขอแค่มีความอดทน พร้อมเรียนรู้งาน
  10. ยินดีรับน้องนักศึกษาจบใหม่
  11. สามารถเริ่มงานได้ทันทีจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
